PROGRAMS

ADULT CLASSES:

CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program that excels in preparing you for the rigors of life outside of the gym. CrossFit Magnolia delivers a constantly varied diet of common movement patterns; it is unlikely that you will see the same workout twice, so you will never get bored. We recognize that everyone has different fitness capabilities and because of that, there is a coach overseeing every class. We will ensure that we tailor each and every workout to meet you where you are at, find a way to allow you to be successful all while guaranteeing that you push yourself to work hard. 

TEEN CLASSES:

Our Teen Program has one major goal in mind: PERFORMANCE. This program will teach your teenager how to be explosive and powerful in whatever athletic endeavor they choose to participate in. On top of that, because the workouts are constantly varied, they are less likely to fall prey to the overuse injuries that plague common training routines and year-round sports.

KIDS CLASSES:

The Kids class builds on the foundation of FUN. The skills addressed include the majority of CrossFit’s foundational and auxiliary movements and the time frame accommodates the developing abilities of kids in grades K-6. The goal of the CrossFit Kids program is develop and improve general physical fitness in order to prepare kids to be safe in sports (and life in general). 

WEIGHTLIFTING CLASSES:

Our weightlifting class focuses on the two Olympic lifts: The Snatch and the Clean and Jerk.   Movement patterns, progressions, and technique will be taught one on one and through group instruction.  This class is for anyone and everyone wanting to improve their overall fitness as well as speed, power, muscular endurance, and muscular strength.  Whether you’re looking to compete in weightlifting or just be stronger, both mentally and physically, this class will help you.

PILATES CLASSES:

In Pilates, we work to balance the intrinsic or smaller muscles with the larger ones. The smaller muscles work to stabilize the body and help prevent injury. The Pilates work will help to balance the body, strengthen the core, stretch the muscles and stabilize our body so we can be more coordinated, less injured and stronger from our core.
