Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

For 20 minutes, adding 1 rep each round:

Bench Press (205/135)

Sandbag over the shoulder (150/100)
-Goal is to finish the round of 10’s, or really push to get into the 11’s and 12’s. Start with 1 bench, 1 sandbag, then 2 bench, 2 sandbag, then 3 bench, 3 sandbag,….etc.

Metcon (No Measure)

3 Rounds For Quality:

20 Reverse Hyper (moderate loading)
-Substitute barbell good mornings (light loading) if you do not have access to a reverse hyper.
