7 wall balls with a 2 sec. pause at bottom

Deadlift + Hang Clean + Clean (6x(1+1+1))

you do NOT have to hold on to the bar between the hang clean and clean

Power Clean (3×1)

work to heavy single, then complete 3 single reps

Snatch Balance (5×2)

work on this transition back down on your shoulders so don’t go too heavy
