Growing up I was very active and played many sports all throughout school. After having my second baby, my husband talked me in to trying CrossFit but I didn’t feel part of the community right away. One day, shortly after joining the gym, I was having a particularly tough time with my baby. When I walked in, three ladies immediately came over and welcomed me with open arms, told me not to worry about anything, and took care of my baby while I worked out. After that one class, I was hooked and loved the CrossFit community. I have my CrossFit level one and CrossFit weightlifting certification. I’ve also taken a Masters seminar so I can better serve all age groups. My whole goal is to make sure everyone feels welcome and apart of this awesome community.
