I’ve always had great love for fitness and posses a bit of a competitive spirit. About 10 years ago, I had a friend start a Crossfit box in Georgia.  After much “encouragement”, I committed to taking a class.  I remember being TERRIFIED at the thought of doing CROSSFIT; I wrestled with all sorts of feelings as I walked in my first class.  Fast forward about 60 minutes later and I was hooked!  The community, the style of training, the encouragement, the opportunity to learn and grow as an athlete – I LOVED it all.  At the time, I was a group fitness instructor and decided to hang up my microphone and go through Crossfit’s L1 training in 2014.  Over the past 5 years, I’ve had the blessing of coaching athletes of all ages and seeing them transform their minds and bodies as they have challenged themselves in the box.  It is one of my goals as a coach to touch a moment of your day and leave you encouraged as you tackle your training goals.
