Rx weight is (125/85). Use the same bar for all 3 movements.
The Deadlift is "tap & go".
If you rest the bar on the ground longer than it takes to kick off the next Deadlift, then you do burpees.
1st rest = 5 burpees. 2nd rest = 6 burpees, 3rd rest = 7 burpees.
Each rest, add 1 burpee, until you're finished with the workout.
There is a 25 min cutoff.
